Ways to Donate

Thank you for deciding to support us. Donations, big or small, are welcome. We recommend setting up a regular donation through Payroll Giving since this is the most tax efficient way of donating.
We are wholly run by volunteers from all walks of life. Whether you take part in a community event or charity fundraiser, provide a donation or help in other ways, your support is the difference between the AHA being here for years to come.
There are lots of different ways that you can kindly donate to us and help keep us going.

Payroll Giving:

Payroll Giving is an easy, most tax-efficient way of donating through your salary. The amount of tax relief you get depends on the rate of tax you pay. Donations are deducted from gross pay – before tax is deducted. This means by signing up for Payroll Giving, every £1 you donate costs only 80p, or 60p if you are a higher rate tax payer. Ask your employer or pension provider if they run a Payroll Giving scheme.
